Utah Home Advisors is a small Real Estate business in Draper, UT. We buy homes from sellers who have distressed homes or are in a distressed situation and need to sell to a cash buyer/investor.

Position: Appointment Setter

Job Description:

Utah Home Advisors is immediately hiring an appointment setter who is looking to work hard and grow within the company. You will work with homeowners to schedule qualified appointments for our amazing Sales Team. Your responsibility is not to close sales, but to go door-to-door and find customers who are interested in selling their home. If you are a self-motivated person who wants to work for a great company with an all-star cast, make a good living, and expand your talents, this is the job for you!

There is no experience required! We will train you to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Knock door-to-door (Outside, Direct Sales)
• Set appointments with customers to meet with our Investors

Requirements:

• Great communication skills
• Physical ability to work on your feet
• Previous door-to-door experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation: $20 per hour PLUS $5,000 Commission per closing.

We need enthusiastic and energetic sales reps to maintain our current growth. As we grow, the possibilities for your growth increase as well. You can earn $20/hr plus 6-figure commissions. Our average full-time reps make around $2000 per week and our top reps make $3000 per week.
